| Details: | Plan review 138-2017 is not for this PWS, it is for a NEW pws which was not established by the PR engineer. The project is a new PWS because it is not connected to the existing 95447 PWS. I informed Coos County to send Inventory forms for new PWS. Asked Carla for photos of wellhead, cover, and plumbing at wellhead. Informed Carla that the gold course would have 3 surveys now. Maybe rule language developed for multiple hand pumps at 1 park will apply to this golf course. | ||
