| Details: | The water system had an initial total coliform positive sample on 9/15/21. Three repeat samples and a triggered source sample were collected on 9/22/21. Two repeat samples and the well were positive for total coliform. The system is investigating potential contaminant sources and also stated that they had been having issues with their chlorine feed pump. I recommended they bump up their chlorinator with some flushing. I recommended follow up samples be collected on 9/29/21 and see if the issue had been resolved. A level 1 investigation was started and the water system was sent the level 1 form to fill out and send back in to DWS. No further action is needed at this time. | ||
