Details:	Background/Problem Identification: The City of Sumpter is having issues with DBPs in their finished water. OHA has notified the water system that they will need to submit an OEL Report detailing the system and possible causes of the repeated DBP exceedances. Assistance Provided: The circuit rider worked with Geoff Wells (City of Sumpter), Robert Almanza (HECO Engineers), and Bill Goss (OHA) to evaluate the system and to generate an OEL Report that detail possible causes and remedies for the DBP exceedances. Follow-Up Actions Needed: The circuit rider is available to provide further assistance as needed. Technical Reports to be Prepared and Expected Timeframe: An OEL Report was submitted to Bill Goss of OHA on 07/30/2021.
