| Details: | I called Darrell Ryan, the person listed who collected the most recent water samples for Inglis Water Coop; his phone number was forwarded to me by an Oregon DWS representative who had the recent sample results. I left a message for Darrell regarding that, due to the positive source sample for e. coli, 5 confirmation source samples testing for e. coli/total coliform are required to be taken as soon as possible. Darrell Ryan called me back and told me that the 5 Confirmation samples at the Source were actually already collected earlier today, Wednesday 9/29/21. Darrell mentioned that there was a mishap with the water line, resulting in a loss of water pressure. So he said that they shocked the springbox and re-primed the whole line. He said this is a gravity fed system, with a tie-in valve below the spring, one in the springbox and one in the line, so the system was adjusted to direct a proper water flow to be pulled to the reservoir and through distribution. Darrell also says that he is the new water system operations contact for Inglis Water Coop Water System. |
