| Details: | The public notice that we had worked on in early July had not been received. (The notice was for low chlorine at EP in May.) I emailed Thujee on 8/13/14. He said he had sent in and posted the notice, and I replied that the state has no record of that. I phoned him today to follow up. He said he would go to the property and get the notice to send us. I reminded him that if he had a way to show that it had been submitted earlier (e.g., auto email reply or a fax confirmation sheet), he could avoid the late violation. Also, they did not submit a coliform sample for July, so another violation. Thujee said they collected one in July, but the state did not receive a result from the lab. It should not be a separate task for the water system to report the test result to the state after submitting the sample to the lab. He will research how the sample form was labeled (e.g., "special" sample?). | ||
