| Details: | We sent a email, on 9/24/2021 to Mr. Jenson about doing a level 2 investigation for the first E.coli Positive samples that were reported on 9/23/2021. We also spoke with him on the phone on 10/24/2021 and at that time he wanted to take a repeat sample before we came out on site. The repeat samples came back coliform positive. He has since taken another set of samples that have come back E. Coli positive. We sent an email on 10/4/2021 to Harold Jensen to set up a time to meet to do a level 2 investigation for the system again, but have not heard back from him since the phone call on 9/23/2021. | ||
