| Details: | I spoke with the water system owner/operator. We discussed the construction waiver. He stated that he has continued to do legwork in time since our last conversation including reviewing water system creation documents, contacting previous regulators, working with local well drillers and others to collect and identify as many relevant facts for the construction waiver application. Scott intends to submit the waiver as soon as possible. | ||
