| Details: | The water system had an initial total coliform positive sample on 8/6/18. The system collected 2 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample on 8/8/18 and all 3 were total coliform positive. The system will be required to submit a Level 1 investigation form. In the meantime, they were looking at a low dose chlorine flush through the system. A Level 1 form was submitted to DWS with no clear reason for the positive bacteria cause. It was noted there was heavy smoke at the time of the sample collection. System to resume standard sampling in September. | ||
