| Details: | Ann left a voice mail on 10/4 that her routine sample was TC+. She had already submitted three repeat samples and the triggered source sample to the lab. On 10/5 Edge Analytical lab confirmed that the repeat samples are all negative. We discussed the annual pattern of TC+ results in October. We discussed aseptic sampling procedures which appear to be sound. They submitted a special sample from a port between the well and the storage tank which was negative. They have a sample port from the storage tank which is what tested positive. We discussed reviewing the tank for cracks and leaks. It was cleaned two years ago. |
