| Details: | Spoke with operator this morning regarding the repeat samples that were present for coliform including the trigger sample. We discuss super chlorination of well and storage tank. I mention that a Level 1 Coliform Investigation document has been sent. I inform her that 3 temporary repeat samples are due by the end of October. Strongly recommend repairing the UV system that has been installed and approved by DWS, which likely needs a bulb replacement. | ||
