| Details: | Bill called this office via lab referral. The previous contact moved a couple year ago & Bill is the new system contact. He indicated that he was unable to take the routine sample himself. He had a back up take the sample & sampling protocol was not following. The sample was not take at a routine site & proper technique was not used. Let the contact know to be sure to take a source sample at the well head & three repeat samples in the distribution system. Sent links for the E.coli boil notice & FAQ in case follow samples were positive for coliform or E. coli. If any follow up samples are positive, a boil will need to be issued. |
