| Details: | I contacted Cape Meares about the violations for failure to conduct nitrate and SOC monitoring during the second quarter of 2018. The SOC monitoring was completed and reported on-time except for one analyte (diquat) that had to be rerun due to an equipment failure at the lab and as a result was reported late resulting in the violation. The nitrate sample was not collected but a 3rd quarter sample has been and will be reported soon. | ||
