| Details: | On 10/8/21 I spoke with Angela regarding City of Prescott's positive total coliform water sample. I told Angela that a total of four samples are required: 3 Repeat samples, one at the same tap as the positive result, one upstream, one downstream and 1 Triggered/Source sample to be taken at the well, prior to treatment and distribution. | ||
