| Details: | 10.08.21 - Lab results for AS sample collected on 10.06.21 came back TC+ and E. Coli+. The contact phone number listed on Data Online for this system is no longer in service. I called the number listed on the lab reporting form and was unable to speak with Andrew. I left a voice message advising Andrew to collect 5 additional confirmation samples at the well head prior to treatment. No corrective actions should be taken prior to collecting the confirmation samples. An email was also sent to the regulating agency contacts. | ||
