Details:	Phone contact with facility, facility will take 3 repeat samples from the distribution and one source sample. will follow up regarding results. Spoke with operator on site, repeat samples taken as 10/13. facility noted chlorine pump is not working and distribution is testing at .02 and .01. Facility is repairing chlorinator and monitor chlorination levels. Rp positive for TC and 0.0 chlorine tested. Facility repaired pump, and will follow up with level 1.
