Details:	All 4 distribution repeat samples following 10/6 positive routines TC+. Triggered source samples absent. Spoke with Swen and they did some work on a pressure vessel and think this may have been source of contamination. They lightly chlorinated twice. Resume normal routine sampling in November. Sent Swen Level One investigation form to complete and return.
