Details:	Contact was made by phone (voicemail) and email with Patrick Ryan on 10/11/21 in regards to a TC+ test result from sample taken 10/07/21. Mr. Ryan was directed to take 1 Triggered sample at the Well (SRC-AA) to be taken and reported 10/07/21 - 10/18/21; and 3 Repeat samples within 24 hours of a TC+ Routine Sample to be reported 10/08/2021 – 10/1/2021 from Distribution sample sites.
