| Details: | Called operator and let them know they had a positive coliform sample at the 2nd floor office sink. I asked them to take 3 repeats and a triggered (source) sample. I asked the operator about a contact report from 2016 regarding drilling a new well. Operator said they are still using the same well and a new domestic well has not been added to the system, nor do they plan to drill a new well. |
