Details:	Phone contact with DRC for system, system noted pump failed prior to testing, testing showed tc in system. System repaired pump and took 3 rp samples and 1 source sample. Samples are tc positive. Facility will fill out level 1 investigation noting pump issue and any other issues. Take next month sample and continue to monitor chlorine pump and residual
