| Details: | Phone contact with facility, facility noted large pipe break during period of loss of chlorine, well pump also had component break during this time period. System did loose residual in system and will provide public notice. Facility has repaired leak and has take rt tc sample after repair in October - RT absent. System has been informed regarding minimum residual level required - .4 mg/l - will monitor for follow up. | ||
