| Details: | On 10/15/21, Robert Trotter from Hiland Water/McNulty Water PUD called me about how two of the repeat sample results came back positive for total coliform. I told him that a Level 1 Coliform Investigation is required for the system, and forwarded Robert the checklist for the Level 1 Coliform Investigation. It is due in 30 days. Note: Robert called me about this matter before we received the official sample results from the laboratory. |
