Details: Background/Problem Identification:
OHA reached out to CR to assist the water system with chlorine meter calibration prior to tracer re-test. No other issues.

Assistance Provided:
The circuit rider researched the model of the chlorine meter and the calibration methodology. Numerous attempts were made via phone and email to schedule a site visit to assist with the calibration. Lack of return communication from the water system has resulted in this support effort being closed.

Follow-Up Actions Needed:
Once the problem chlorine meter is addressed then they can re-run the tracer test. The circuit rider can assist when the water system is ready.
