| Details: | Two repeat samples collected 7/27/18 came back positive for total coliform (negative for E. coli). Results for a third repeat were not reported. Regardless, these results trigger the requirement for the system to conduct a level 1 coliform investigation in order to attempt to find and fix the cause of the coliform issues. A letter notifying the system of this requirement was mailed 7/30/18. | ||
