| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: Mike is looking to install a UV system to replace his current disinfection system. Assistance Provided: Met with Mike of Bear Creek and Justin of Siskiyou Pumps to discuss a new UV Disinfection System. Mike had a previous quote on an OHA approved system, but the system would not have worked with the current configuration. Justin recommended a new system that would work and revised the quote. Mike will consider it, though the UV disinfection has issues such as trip faults. Follow-Up Actions Needed: New support can be opened once they decide on a system to assist with processing with OHA.
