| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: Tam Moore at the Hanley Farm Living Museum requested assistance with an MPA test. Assistance Provided: MPA Test Kit was picked up by Tam Moore on August 2nd from Grants Pass Water Lab. Met on site at Hanley Farm Well house and assisted with performing the test and began the logging. Met on site on August 3rd to conclude the test. Tam delivered back to Grants Pass Water Lab. Follow-Up Actions Needed: MPA Test Results should be obtained by October 30th. Once received, I will forward to OHA. Technical Reports to be Prepared and Expected Timeframe: No reports needed. |
