| Details: | I left a voice message for Dee on 10/19 asking for a call back. Dee called on 10/20 and said they have not collected the 3 repeat/triggered source sample yet and were confused as he though the lab was going to collect them. WS now has a non-reporting violation .He did mention that the site with the detection, room 106, has been unused/vacant for quite a while. I emailed him the L1 coliform investigation and asked him to return it to me by 11/21. I also reminded Dee to report 3 temp routine samples in Novemeber. | ||
