| Details: | All four repeat and triggered samples TC+. Called Bruce and he had already inspected the well and cistern with no obvious contaminant sources. He said he would ensure the screen on the vent is properly in place. The "triggered" source sample was actually a post reservoir sample as a raw sample tap was not located. We discussed chlorination recipe and he will chlorinate reservoir to 5-10 ppm, allow it to sit and then pump into distribution. All 6 residences have been informed and to expect chlorine taste/odor. Bruce will take follow up (temp repeat)samples in September to ensure absent for bacteria. Bruce has level 1 investigation form and will complete and submit. | ||
