Details:	CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGE FOR TRACIE REGARDING THE REPEAT SAMPLES THAT CAME BACK COLIFORM POSITIVE. I NOTIFIED THAT A LEVEL 1 INVESTIGATION WILL BE SENT OUT BY THE STATE, THAT WILL NEED TO BE COMPLETED BY NOVEMBER 25TH. A FLUSHING OR CHLORINATION OF THE SYSTEM MAY BE NEEDED DUE TO ALL 3 REPEAT SAMPLES COMING BACK AS COLIFORM POSITIVE. AND THE 3 TEMPORARY ROUTINES WILL BE DUE IN NOVEMBER.
