Details:	Met Chris at the Church to help him understand what was needed to correct survey deficiencies. I showed him spots of the insulation that needed to be replaced to clean up the wellhouse. We also went over the placement of the required sample tap. Discussed items of confusion for the operations/maintenance manual and that a coliform sampling plan needs to be developed that outlines where in the distribution to sample. I encourage him to contact me if he needs anymore help. Chris will send me pictures of tap and update plan/manuals when he is ready.
