Details: Water system operator was emailed in regard to unaddressed system deficiencies. These included; Emergency Response Plan Not Completed, and Does Not Meet Setbacks From Hazards (due to chemicals being stored in the wellhouse). Deficiency due dates were also altered to February 22nd, 2022.
