| Details: | Second of 3 temp routine samples positive. This second positive confirms the first and no need for additional repeats but Gene took a triggered sample. They suspect the reservoir. They will provide a temporary reservoir to allow them to inspect and clean reservoir. This may trigger level 2 and monthly sampling as they had a confirmed TC+ December 2020. Will need 3 temp routines in November unless on Monthly sampling. | ||
