| Details: | I stopped by the water plant to visit with John Dewey, plant operator and Sue Lawrence, City consultant. City is currently without an operator certified at the level of the water plant, a treatment level 2 with a filtration endorsement. City is pursuing contracting with a certified operator and will assign this individual as the plant DRC at that time. John meets the requirements to serve as the DRC for distribution (level 2) and will submit paperwork. I reviewed the surface water monitoring forms with John and Sue and verified that turbidity and disinfection parameters are being monitored and reported correctly. Survey will be scheduled later this year with the City. | ||
