| Details: | Spoke with owner/operator yesterday regarding the routine sample that was present for coliform. He reported that the chlorination system is was not operating properly. Pump company scheduled to be onsite this Wed. to make necessary repairs. Instruct him to submit 3 distribution and one source sample by Nov. 2nd. We discuss super chlorination of the system and proper testing equipment. This system will be surveyed next year. | ||
