| Details: | Called and talked with Carson about the need for 3 temporary routine samples, 1 trigger sample from Well #3 and another trigger sample from Well #1. I made Carson and Wylesha (previous conversation) aware that they would need to decide whether to keep Well#1 an inactive emergency well or to activate it as a seasonal well with necessary startup procedures. I told Carson that he could inquire with the State about the system applying to operate as a non-potable source (per managements request), however the rate at which they sample Well#1 currently is not consistent with its emergency designation and would need to halt routine sampling from Well #1. | ||
