| Details: | WS is currently under a BCA due to non-compliance with the arsenic MCL and is in the process of connecting to another water source (City of Salem). The recent quarterly sample from 10/19/21 is at 0.0109 mg/L (above the MCL). I asked Karen for an update on their progress connecting to the City of Salem. She said the Salem City Council just gave the project final approval on 10/25/21 and construction is going to start in November. The current deadline to complete construction per the BCA is 3/31/22. WS to remain on quarterly arsenic monitoring until the existing well is disconnected. | ||
