Operator will complete form and Environmental Health will forward to the State Drinking Water Program. You will need to do the following testing in November: TCR: 3 Temporary Routine sample(s) per Month to be taken 11/01/2021 - 11/30/2021 at DIST-A Continued results that show positive for total coliform may require adding chlorination for residual maintenance and a plan review with the State of Oregon Drinking Water Program. |
