| Details: | Level 1 investigation is triggered for confirmed total coliform samples taken on October 13, 2021. Operator will complete form and Environmental Health will forward to the State Drinking Water Program. You will need to do the following testing in November: TCR: 3 Temporary Routine sample(s) per Month to be taken 11/01/2021 - 11/30/2021 at DIST-A Continued results that show positive for total coliform may require adding chlorination for residual maintenance and a plan review with the State of Oregon Drinking Water Program. |
