| Details: | This is in response to COLI20198 Repeat Samples taken on August 24, 2020 tested positive for total coliform in Spring 1 and 2 and 3 distribution samples. Ongoing efforts to look into applying chlorination for residual maintenance are in discussion with the board of directors. You will need to complete 3 temporary routine samples and 3 triggered samples from each spring in September 2020. Level 2 investigation is also applied for multiple positive coliform tests in a 12 month period. We will call to set up a time to set up to complete within the next 30 days. This requires an onsite investigation/inspection of the system for deficiencies | ||
