| Details: | I called and spoke with John and discussed the confirmed total coliform detections. He is not aware of any issues with the water system and said they are going to shock chlorinate and flush the well. I emailed him a copy of the L1 coliform investigation form and asked him to complete and return to me within 30 days. I also reminded him to collect 3 temp routine sample in November. | ||
