| Details: | The water system was contacted by phone and a voicemail was left on 10/13/21 in regards to a TC+ sample taken on 10/11/21, COLI21530. Follow-up attempts to speak to the water system contact in-person have been made with the latest being today, 10/28/21. a voicemail was left and a confirming email was sent today. Due to the TC+ sample, a Level 1 Coliform investigation has been triggered for the water system. the water system has been directed to have it completed and submitted to the ODA no later than 11/21/21 for review and submission to the OHA Drinking Water Services. I did just talk to Patrick Ryan, 2:30pm 10/28/2021, and he will complete the Level 1 coliform investigation and return it to the ODA for review and submission to OHA Drinking Water Services. |
