Details: Facility is on do not drink advisory due to high arsenic, arsenic has been test quarterly through bilateral compliance agreement to address issue, New treatment has bene installed and testing is occurring to check treatment operation. Operator noted issue regarding treatment discovered after test was taken, new test to be taken once system can adjust media.

System noted continued issues with media and is working with company to ensure proper arsenic removal, public notice provided.
