| Details: | System violated RTCR with no Level 1 investigation following late repeat samples for a 5/1 routine TC+. System was having trouble with the well pump and therefore was unable to collect timely repeats. Also, the triggered sample was mislabeled as a routine. Called Talya again today and mailed her Level 1 investigation form (paper version)and requested she completes and returns this week. System is on monthly sampling and she will also bring an August routine sample to Umpqua lab before weeks end. | ||
