Details: 11.01.2021 - E-mailed Helen reminding her to collect 3 temporary routine samples by the end of this month. A fillable copy of the L1 Coliform Investigation form was provided. Helen was instructed to email me back the completed form as soon as possible. Helen was advised to collect all temporary routine samples and complete the L1 investigation in time, otherwise, failure to do so will trigger an increase in their coliform sampling schedule.
