| Details: | I received an alert that 2/3 temporary routine samples due in October were TC+. I e-mailed the operator and their third party contractor. I advised them to submit a triggered source sample for wells 10, 5 and The tank farm well no later than 11/9/21. I explained that shock chlorination will be necessary but should only occur after the triggered source samples have been submitted. I provided a link to the systems coliform sampling schedule. I also explained that three temporary routine samples would be due in November. Well 5 was listed as an emergency source but is actually in use to two homes on the system year round. It has an entry that can supply water to the rest of the system. I asked DWP compliance to list well 5 as active. |
