Details:	09.01.2021-Ryan emailed a corrective action plan to address the significant deficiencies identified during the 2021 survey. Updates: - Coliform monitoring not current: The system will change DMCE report and E.coli sampling plan. Ryan will be away from his office for several weeks and requested additional time to address this issue. Deficiency due data extended to Jan 03, 2022. - Finished water storage roof and access hatch not water tight: New lid installed. Pictures provided showed a shoe-box style lid installed with a lock securing the hatch cover. Deficiency corrected. - Failure to calculate CT values correctly: Ryan provided additional drawings of the tank plumbing and meter location that verified that the 2014 tracer study is still relevant. Deficiency resolved. - Turbidimeters not calibrated at least quarterly: Ryan contacted HACH's sales services to request a quote to increase the calibration frequency for all in-line and desktop turbidimeters. Going forward system will calibrate turbidimeters at least quarterly. Deficiency resolved.
