| Details: | I told Theron that because they did not collect enough confirmation samples, the system was issued an E coli MCL violation. Theron is aware that this requires public notice and a Level 2 investigation. We scheduled a Level 2 investigation for Tuesday the 9th. I asked Theron to either send me a copy of their public notice or have it ready when I come for the investigation. Theron is also aware that he needs to finish taking the confirmation samples. | ||
