Details: One of two routine monthly coliform samples TC+ 11/2/21. Emailed Dan and reminded to take repeats plus triggered samples. System had a confirmed total coliform 10/14/21. Wait for results to dictate further action. If confirmed, this would triggered level 2 investigation. Reminded Dan that 3 confirmed coliforms within 12 months could require installation of disinfection with residual.
