Details:	The firm had a positive distribution sample that was taken on 11/3/2021 and received 11/4/2021. Jose took one repeat distribution sample at the location that had tested positive and a triggered source sample at the spring and wells 1, 3, 3A, and 6. I let him know that he needed two more repeat distribution samples for a total of three. Also he needed to take a triggered source sample at well #0.
