| Details: | I called and spoke with George and informed him of the confirmed TC detections. The well test was good and the detections begin at the storage tank. The tank was previously shock chlorinated and flushed but wasn't effective - or there is another issue. George asked about what concentration of chlorine to add. I emailed him the Shock Chlorination for Storage Tank, Well and Distribution System - Procedure and Volume Calculation information this is on the OHA DWS website. I also scheduled the L2 investigation for 11/9. | ||
