| Details: | 11.05.21-Vance was instructed to collect one triggered sample at the wellhead and three repeat (RP) samples. Repeat samples should be collected at the following locations: One RP at the original TC+ site, One within 5 connections upstream from the TC+ and One within 5 connections downstream from the TC+ site. three temporary routine samples should be collected in December and reported by 12.31.2021. Vance is considering new sampling locations. A copy of the coliform sampling plan template was provided. I also provided a handout for proper selection of bacteriological sampling sites. |
