| Details: | The repeat sample at the main pump house was confirmed to be positive for total coliform. Jose stated that pipes had recently been replaced and was wondering if that could be the issue. I stated that it could be the issue and the system should be shocked and then I would suggest a special sample to be pulled from the location after the chlorine is flushed to ensure the issue is resolved. A level 1 investigation will be required and I provided the form to Jose via email. | ||
